The Coalition of Occupational Therapy Advocates for Diversity (COTAD) is a non-profit organization that operates as group of individuals from across the United States all working towards a common goal of promoting promoting JEDI, anti-racism and anti-oppression within the occupational therapy workforce and increase the ability to occupational therapy practitioners to serve an increasingly diverse population.They offer resources, events, education and trainings on a regular basis and make them affordable and accessible.
