Join OTAO's lobbyist for a day of hands-on education and interaction with your state legislators. 2017 brought exciting progress for OT related legislation in Oregon, including the sponsorship of a bill on OT caseloads in schools. The future of OT in Oregon depends on our collective knowledge and engagement!

How long should each of my meetings last?  You should expect each of your meetings to last around 15 - 30 minutes, depending on availabilty of staff or the Member of Congress/Senate.  It will take you approximately 5 - 10 minutes to get back and forth between the Senate side and the House side.

What should I wear to my meetings?  Business attire is appropriate.  However, be sure to wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing a lot of walking.
